My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sparky was born April 2019, possibly a feral kitten, who was rescued from a shelter with 3 of his siblings. He has been living in a loving foster home since his rescue. He entered foster care at approx 8 weeks old

He is a sweet, loving cat; who prefers to be pet but not held; however, he does love sleeping in his foster mom's bed, so be prepared to share you sleeping space.

Sparky has a beautiful coat with deep gray swirls on his sides. He's definitely not a typical striped tabby. Sparky loves to chase his sister Ember, sleep in the sun during the day or sit in the window of his foster mom's home office and demands the occasional pet. He loves other cats and has been the first one to welcome other new fosters into the house.

Sparky does have some eating issues. He has a tendency to eat too fast and will regurgitate. It also appears that he is sensitive to chicken. He current eats Purina One with Salmon and canned tuna (human) both of which he tolerates well.

He has been raised in a quiet house and tends to be skittish. He is afraid of sudden moves and noises and is timid and shy around new people. As a result, he needs a furever person who will shower him with love and patience, taking the time to get to know this sweet boy.

Sparky would LOVE to be adopted with his sister, Ember, but it is not a deal breaker as long as there are other animals in the home he can play with.
