Hendrix is about an 1 year old male German Shepherd mix.
Hendrix was a street dog that was a little rough around the edges. But Hendrix has already proven to be a social climber with lofty aspirations. He is a fast learner and really wants to please. He loves other dogs and could learn a lot from a canine brother or sister. Plus, he is super treat motivated. He is well on his way to becoming a most distinguished gentleman because he is not bothered by anything. Easygoing Hendrix will happily share his food and toys with any person or dog. If a dog takes his toy, Hendrix sees this as an invitation to play tug. He is pleasant and mannerly to everyone he meets when leashed as well, great with children and dogs what a little darling. Hendrix is house trained and has some good manners. Someone will be getting an amazing dog. We recommend basic training to all not only is this good for your new dog but for you too, as this a wonderful way to bond and it is so much fun .Training is imperative for any new dog going to a new home, not only for obedience but also for trust and respect.

All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.

Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
