Marvin started coming around to our house last year, and we would feed him occasionally. He's a sweet little man, very friendly, and obviously not feral, so we figured he might be a neighbor's cat. Eventually, he would spend all his time outside our house, so my wife built him a little shelter, and we just fed him. We have two indoor cats, and we're moving across the country soon, so we didn't really see taking him in as an option. One day, I noticed he hadn't eaten, and found him on my back porch, looking weak and injured. Something had bitten his paw! I brought him inside to let him heal, with the eventual plan of letting him back outside when he was okay. That was when we noticed that he's been declawed! We obviously can't put him back out in the wild, so we do have an appointment to see if he's chipped, but otherwise he needs a good home! He's such a sweet guy, loves head scritches, and has had some trauma but is basically a good kitty. We think he's about three years old.
