My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dolly is an 11 pound, 4 year old Chihuahua mix with short to medium length hair. Her hair is longest along her spine and she has the cutest face.

Dolly is reliably housebroken and lives in a foster home with other dogs. She gets along with them and might like a playmate. Dolly is very shy and at first was afraid of being touched by her foster mom. After a few days, Dolly became more trusting and after a week, Dolly eagerly jumped up into her lap for snuggle time.

The best home for Dolly would want a dog that is around but not "in your face" all the time. Dolly follows her foster mom everywhere and curls up in her dog bed at her feet when she works at her computer. Kids would probably frighten her, and in fact, that may be why she was so timid in the beginning.

Dolly has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. She also had knee reconstruction on her right rear knee because it was slightly deformed and caused her knee to turn out. She's all recovered from that surgery and is ready for her forever home. Her adoption fee is $250.
