Meet our handsome guy Paulie. He is definitely a volunteer favorite and will make you fall in love once you meet him. Thanks to a couple of our paw-some volunteers, he got to spend a few hours away from the shelter. At first he was a little unsure, but quickly started to relax and enjoy the much needed break. He was a joy to walk on the leash ... just taking in the smells and letting his friends know he was there. He rolled around in the grass and sat quietly by the river and just watched everything going on. Later he was treated to some ice cream, which he thoroughly enjoyed and devoured. Paulie is such a big love bug and just an all-around awesome dog that will make a wonderful addition to a family. Come out and meet Paulie … you will not be sorry.
