Casper had a bit of a rough start. He was found being kicked and hit but was thankfully saved by a Good Samaritan. Once he was taken to the vet it was also determined at some point he had been shot as he had shrapnel embedded behind his knee. Casper was taken to an amazing orthopedic surgeon that was able to safely remove the shrapnel without causing any further issues. Casper has made a full recovery. He is ready to continue on his journey to furever. Casper enjoys playing with his foster siblings.
