Meet Edgar! Edgar is a special 6 year old, 90lb boy who needs a special home. He LOVES cuddles, swimming, hiking, fetch, running, and car rides. Edgar is a very active dog and needs an active home to keep up with him. He would like to be the only animal love in your life, so a home with no other pets is a requirement. Edgar had a rough start in life before his current home, and because of that he has lasting trauma resulting in some behavior concerns. His current owners have done a lot of work with him and he is very well trained and obedient. He can be overprotective of his humans and his home, so he needs an owner willing to manage this behavior. In order to set Edgar up for success he needs a home without kids. He is a very loving boy that deserves the opportunity to thrive. Edgar’s ideal home would be a large, fenced yard with no other animals on the other side of the fence. An active person or couple is necessary as well. Edgar’s current home has spent a lot of time putting in the work to help him past his trauma’s and that must continue with Edgar’s new human as well. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and has no known health issues.

Adoption Fee for Edgar: $100. Edgar is neutered, up to date on shots and has no known health issues. His most recent medical records will be provided.
