Welcome Weezy!!
Weezy (was Ruby) was one of the kiddos we saved last week! We believe her to be a one-year old, Australian Shepherd/Lab/Pit Bull mix. She is around 42 lbs and has the prettiest chestnut and white coat!
Weezy is a wonderful little girl. She is as sweet as can be and already adores her foster after only being there for a few days. She’s battling kennel cough right now which she got from the shelter, so she is not the most energetic girl, but she’s quickly feeling better and in the meantime, taking advantage of all the snuggles. She’s a great study buddy and loves to curl up on the couch. She even loves sitting in your lap and resting her head on your shoulder, how cute!!
We are still decompressing from shelter life, so Weezy gets a little nervous around things she isn’t used, but she is such a brave girl and making tons of progress! She is also house-trained and crate-trained with no whining or barking whatsoever!
Weezy is thankfully heartworm negative, so once she is feeling better and is spayed she can go home. Her adoption fee is $150 and that includes her vaccines, microchip, deworming, and spay. Use the link below to apply to adopt Weezy:
