Roscoe is a four year old 15 lb yorkie terrier mix. He was owner surrendered along with his companion Suki because their owner was transferred to Japan.
Roscoe really wanted to be at his person's side alot. He is a little bit clingy according to his owner.
He sure is a cutie! Roscoe is neutered and we are getting his vetting up to date. His adoption fee is $200
