Elsa is a beautiful little girl that is full of personality. She was born 02-07. She is deaf and blind, but has earned the nickname "Dora the Explorer" as she is a very confident girl and has quickly learned all about her surroundings. She is wonderful to walk with and is perfect on a leash. She will kiss you hello and snuggle up to you all the time. She loves to play with other dogs and is a lot of fun. She is a pure beauty in every way.
