My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi folks! My name is Kona and I am a sweet, loving, energetic pup.

I am approximately 4 years old and weigh about 10 pounds.

I have a beautiful silky coat that will be even more beautiful when it grows in completely.

I get so excited when I go for walks with my foster brother. When we walk my little legs fly down the street and I must sniff everything.

After we walk I love sitting on my foster mom’s lap. While on her lap she gives me belly rubs that are the best!

Other good qualities about me include being almost completely house trained in my foster home, having a great appetite, and I do not bother neighbors by barking.

My foster mom says I am a little guy with a big heart.

Big dogs sometimes make me anxious.

My foster mom lets me meet new dogs slowly.

Please know that when I find my forever person and home I will try my best to be a great dog and my big heart will love you forever!

Children in the home need to be at least 10 years old.

Kona needs a small dog in the home to play with. There are no exceptions to this. He is located in IL
