TRI- PAW alert!!!!

Ranger is such a special tri-pod boy!! He loves like no other! He gives hugs and kisses and loves to rest his big head in your hand, on your lap or shoulder or on your foot. This handsome boy is approx. 2 years old. He is a staffordshire terrier mix. He was returned to Foster because of dog and people reactivity. We took him to the vet and found his left hip had really bad hip dysplasia. The deformity was soo bad he ended up with a left hind leg amputation. Getting rid of his pain has helped immensely with his demeanor!! His amputation did not slow Ranger down one bit. He can still run as fast as ever, loves to play fetch, loves to swim and chase the sprinkler!!! He loves being outside or wherever his people are!! He takes a daily medication and has been going to training at Colt's Canine Club . He has made such good progress!! We highly recommend obedience training with his new owner.

He loves people and kids of all ages but we recommend kids 5 and older as he is a bit clumsy and excitable and bumps into things at times.

Ranger is reactive to some dogs and loves to play with others so a meet and greet with any dog siblings is mandatory.

He is available through Texas Rescue Riders. He up to date on shots, had his Rabies, is microchipped, and neutered. He comes with 30 days of free pet insurance.

It will be really hard to let this lover go. I will be sad but also want him to find his best life ever!!!
