UPDATE ON OUR GORGEOUS RUBY!
She has completed training, received her 1st Heartworm injection, and READY for a HOME!
If u didn’t remember her - she came to us in poor shape, but now her hair is grow in, she has better house manners, and a PRO Napper 🛏
Ruby’s hair is growing in as a luscious coat that looks somewhat doodly and will require brushing + grooming. She had to be shaved upon arrival due to the horrible condition of her coat. Ruby is very sweet; but has a voice and uses it when ppl come over and she uses that bark to “protect her people”, this is typical of her breed as they are “guardians.”
Therefore we are looking for a home that She would be the only dog in a child free home. Now that doesn’t mean she can’t go to a home that has kid visitors, she would just prefer to hangout in another room or in her kennel while they’re there as she is a big gal and they overwhelm her.
She is going through heartworm treatment now which WILD is covering. She is potty trained and happily sleeps in her kennel through the night. She would love a big yard to run around and enjoy life. She walks extremely well on the leash and does not have an enormous amount of energy so she would actually do great with an older couple even considering her size. Keep in mind she is still very much a giant puppy, so she likes to chew and be curious, but has since learned what are toys and what’s not! She is very smart and picks up on things quickly.
