Here's what the humans have to say about me:
At 10 months old and 22kg, Bianco is an Egyptian Baladi that was rescued as a puppy along with his sister and brother after their Mom was poisoned by the Egyptian government.
They were brought to a boarding facility in Egypt where they have spent their entire lives.
Healthy and friendly, Bianco is a super sweet and social boy.
He is also very loving. Having been raised by humans, he is very trusting of them. He adores people. He has so much love to give.
Though he is a high energy boy - typical of a nine month old - he is not a dominant personality. He is gentle. He loves playing with other dogs. He is a happy lad, a free Spirit. He is always wagging his tail.
Bianco needs a fully fenced in backyard (minimum 6ft) so he can run and play and burn off energy to his heart's delight.
He has been learning to walk on a lead and is doing well. Very intelligent and eager to please, he is a quick study. Bianco is highly trainable.
Bianco is kennel-trained. Because he has spent his entire life at a boarding facility, he doesn't get out as much as a dog living in a home would. He goes outside when he is out of his kennel. However, he only gets about 4 hours a day to run and play outside. So, if he has to relieve himself and is not able to go outside, he will go in one corner and the staff will clean it up. He keeps his kennel as clean as possible. He goes in the same corner all the time. This makes for an easy transition to being house-trained. To date, we have never experienced any issues in this regard.
This sweet-natured Soul is also fine with cats. Of course, he must be introduced to them slowly and with proper protocols.
Bianco would be fine with kids 10+ as long as they are responsible and respectful towards animals.
Adoption fee: $1300
PINK’s adoption fee is determined on a cost-recovery basis which includes the pet’s vetting (which varies for each animal depending on the situation and circumstance of their rescue), microchip, up to date shots, de-worming, de-fleaing, spay/neuter, all travel and flight costs, government mandated fees (in Egypt and Canada) and the international carriers they flew to Canada in.
Because the animals come from abroad, there are many more costs involved.
Our goal is to help as many homeless cats and dogs on the streets of Egypt as we can. The fee you pay helps the Egyptian rescues recover their costs. Not only are you saving this animal's life, you are helping to save another animal's life because the rescues can continue doing their work.
Please email us at thepinkvibe@hotmail.com to request an adoption application for Bianco. Please also share a little bit about yourself and why you feel he is the perfect fit for your family. Thank you. :)
