Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Piper. I have been through a lot over the last 6 months so bare with me please. I was rescued in January when I was almost on my death bed. I had heartworms, skin infection, ear infection, being underweight, and an auto immune skin disease. Luckily, I am pretty much all better now. I have just been cleared by the vet to go up for adoption. My heartworms are gone and my auto immune skin condition is 95% in remission. We are still working on my skin to get better on my nose, but it is a work in progress. Please don't judge me by my missing hair and dandruff. It is growing back. I hope you will want to love me!
My foster mommy tells me that I have a big personality. I am a bit of a talker and may have been a bit spoiled rotten while having to be on bedrest. I love to play in my ball pit and have food treats. I recently was able to go on walks again and I am enjoying that. I also like to go on car rides. I will sit on the couch to cuddle and get some belly rubs.
I lived with another dog in my pervious home, but I have not felt like hanging out with any other dogs recently. I prefer to be the center of attention. I absolutely love people. I have had to spend a lot of time in vets offices over the last few months, and they always tell my foster mommy that I am wonderful and they do not want me to leave.
If you think that you could welcome me into your home and give me some love, then I will defiently show you some love back. Please check out my Tik Tok link to show the pictures of my journey. You can also check out the article about me on Ohio Barker Magazine.
