Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wayland is a 3-4 year old English Coonhound best described as curious, energetic, playful and loving. He has a great personality.
Wayland had many fears when he first came to us. He was in a hoarding situation with ~25 other dogs and lived outdoors his whole life, but now he loves the indoor life. At first he wouldn't leave our den, but is now exploring and comfortable in the whole house. He loves doing zoomies in the yard, eating, going on walks, sleeping, and sniffing. He is very food motivated, as he came to us underweight. He has since gained a few pounds and is also house and crate trained.
Wayland will excel in a home with no young children and an experienced, patient dog owner. He would do great in a home with another dog, because he loves other dogs!
Issues: needs puzzle bowl to eat slowly, resource guarding with high value items like juicy bones (we have been using the avoidance method for this), but needs training.
