My story

Sprite, a 1-year old, 15-20 lb. terrier mix loves to bounce! Sprite’s favorite pastime is to play ball, and play ball, and play ball, and then he’ll curl himself up in your lap for love and snuggles. Sprite walks well on a leash especially in his harness. Once he warms up to you, Sprite shows that he has charm and personality to spare. Sprite’s compact size makes him the perfect “carry out” dog—a dog that’s portable enough for you to just carry out to the car and go when you feel a hankering for spontaneous adventures. We have no information about how he responds to cats or children but since arriving at the shelter he’s been nothing but a friendly, fun-loving guest.
