Luke came from an open admission shelter in Louisiana.

ABOUT:
Luke is an energetic, goofy boy. He loves to be where the action is, but if there is no action to be found, he is happy to make his own. His favorite self entertainment includes: zoomies, getting into every box, bag, or container he can find, and testing out his long jump and high jump skills (and they are impressive). He loves to show off his athletic ability with the cat dancer. Luke loves to be around you and talk to you, but he is only ready for pets and attention when he is winding down from activity. At night he loves to get under the covers and cuddle.

Luke has been returned twice for being too rough/forward with the resident cats so it is now clear his best home is as an only cat! Luke was previously fostered with dogs and he got along very well with them. We think he would be polite and friendly with children, but they will have to understand that he will get up and move if he’s being pet when he’s not into it. He would love children who like to engage him with toys! He would love an active house (people or pets) with a lot going on to help keep him busy and entertained.
