My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is a COURTESY POST: St. Cloud's Rescue does not have this dog. She is located in Waxahachie, TX. If you are interested please contact Nick at the this email address. greeman247@hotmail.com
.
Hope is about 3 years old. She is a mix of Newfoundland, Great Pyrenees, and Standard Poodle, and she is solid black with a white streak down the middle of her chest.
Hope is a loyal, gentle pup. She is a great around people and children. She behaves well around other dogs, but I don't know about cats. She has been an outside dog all of her life, and she currently lives on a wooded property. She definitely likes to roam around and explore but she always comes back and hangs out by the front door waiting for some affection. However, I don't know if she is house trained. She seems very curious and intelligent, but you can tell that she has not been trained. Just from me interacting with her over the last couple of weeks, I can tell she just wants to be loved and cared for. She always wants to come up and see how you are. When I am walking my dog outside, I have to ask her to sit and stay while my dog does her business. At first, she did not really listen to me, but over the last few days I feel like she is picking up on sit and stay commands.
She does have lots of curly hair and requires grooming. Her last grooming was about 2 weeks ago and the included pictures are after her most recent grooming.
I hope that this helps. Please let me know if you need more, and I will try to find some time to ask someone for more details. I really appreciate any help you can find for us. She seems like a very sweet pup, and I don't want her to have to go to the pound because I know where that more than likely will lead.
