Meet Nala!
Nala is a silly pup looking for a new home. She originally was surrendered because she couldn't quite manager her farm dog duties. Instead of guarding her flock she preferred to have a little too much fun chasing and roughhousing with the smaller critters. Nala would not do well as a working dog because she just wants to goof off and do her own thing while going on her own little adventures.

Nala was never let inside the house but did enjoy the company of all people and even the younger children. Nala did live amongst other dogs but seems to prefer males over females so a successful meet and greet with a potential housemate before an adoption is essential. We would also hesitate on sending her home with cats because we were told she loves to go after them.

The family who adopts Nala will have to appreciate her thick luxurious fur that keeps her warm in the winter because it will require a lot of brushing.

Nala may not have done well as a working dog, but she does still love to climb up and perch on whatever she can to keep an eye out over her home. She loves to spend a lot of time outside but would appreciate the comforts of a living in a loving home as well.

If you are looking for a goofy, energetic and happy dog, Nala may be the girl for you.
