Found this sweet girl wandering around a neighborhood with very dirty & very matted fur. Gave her a bath & trimmed off most of the matted fur & took her to the spca where they found no microchip. So I brought her to the vet for some x-rays/check up just to make sure there was nothing wrong with her. Everything turned up normal. Contemplated on whether to keep her or rehome her but I really wanted to keep her as she is such a well behaved dog. However, I have a German sheperd with territorial issues that will attack little dogs if they come inside the house. In addition to this, we already have a little dog that we have to keep separate in another room as she has already been attacked several times. We don't want this to happen to her and we don't want her to live a life confined to a room like our little dog. She has already slipped out and almost got injured twice. Sadly, in order to protect her, we must rehome her. There is more to her story but not enough characters to include.
