Meet Sammy!

Are you looking for a puppy, but want to skip the tough potty training phase? Sammy is your guy!

He made the trip from Puerto Rico to portland, OR back in February 2021 after being found as a stray pup on the streets of Isabela.

Although he was initially adopted by a family in Portland, they unfortunately decided they just didn’t have time for a puppy. We took Sammy back in to our rescue while we search for his true forever family.

Sammy is doing AMAZING with his current foster family - where he’s getting lots of time and space to just be the sweet, playful young man that he is.

Sammy adores other dogs and would love to remain social - wether that means you have another dog, take him to the dog park or doggy daycare. He’s done great around young kids too.

We think he’s about 7 months old - Sammy has been neutered and is up to date on all vaccines. We think he’s some sort of Shepherd mix and is nearly full grow at 45 lbs.
