My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jovie wound up at the shelter after she sustained a bad injury to her tail/back end. As a result, most of her tail had to be amputated. She's totally healed now with a cute little tail nub and ready for a home of her own. Jovie is young, probably between 2-3 years old. She's very playful, busy and curious - likes to be in the middle of everything her foster mom is doing. She's found herself locked in cabinets or closets more than once! She is pretty good with other cats but can sometimes be a little pushy. She doesn't like dogs but tolerates the ones in her foster home. Jovie has also been diagnosed with asthma. She is not currently on medication but will need to be monitored for the future. She appears to have some environmental allergies and needs a home where there is no smoking or scented things (candles, essential oils, etc).
