Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Scamp! I am 3 to 4 years old and I weigh 43 lbs. I am fostered in Danbury, North Carolina but easy, affordable transportation is available. I was found as a stray and taken in by a really nice elderly man, and then he passed. His family surrendered me to the rescue. I was timid at first, but it did not take long before I warmed right up. Now I am my fosters moms little shadow and I lay right beside her when we are just hanging out. I don't get in the trash or try to dart out of the door when it is open. I enjoy being outside, but I also love to be inside with my people. I have a medium energy level. I walk well on the leash and ride well in the car. I'm very quiet and rarely bark. I like to play with toys. I'm good with kids and other dogs. I'm not sure about cats, because the rescue does not have any. I have a really sweet disposition and I will make someone a wonderful companion!
