Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My Story
Tango is a remarkable kitty in many ways. She is very affectionate and loving, bonds very closely with familiar people, and adores being petted and stroked. This despite horrendous abuse that she survived, having been severely hit and intentionally cut, having her tail cruelly cut off, and starving on the streets before being rescued as a small kitten.
However, such a wonderful family rescued Tango, got her the medical attention and nutrition she needed, and she has now put her past behind her. She is even an international traveller, having recently arrived in Virginia from Qatar so that she can find her forever home.
Tango is very dog-like once she bonds, and will follow her family members all over the house including to the bathroom. She loves to rub herself across legs and nuzzle people, and will gently nudge and nibble to get more pets in if she feels you've quit too soon. She wants to be involved in all family activities and is happy to co-watch whatever show you choose, and enjoys windows where she can supervise the wildlife outside. She also enjoys toys, particularly interactive toys on wired and strings.
Tango has a soft mostly-white coat and beautiful almond-shaped green eyes.
Tango was fostered with other cats and dogs, but would like to find a home where she is the only furry family member.
She's healthy, spayed, and microchipped. She needs a person or family who doesn't mind staying in touch with the rescue group, as the Kuwait family completely fell in love with her and would like to continue to have updates and know that she'll be taken care of for the rest of her life. Estimated to be around 1 year old, Tango is fostered in Burke, Va.
DSH, white with orange and black, female, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, approximately 1 year.
