CUTENESS ALERT!! Meet BaRCSE newest foster boy Frank. He was turned Into the shelter with his 2 lab siblings. He is 3 years old and heart worm negative. He is scheduled for his neuter In early July. He loves people and is figuring out his place In the pack. He has tried marking but is learning very quickly with the help of a spray bottle. He will make a great addition for any family. We do not know how he is around children but he has been gentle around his senior foster sister.
