Here's what the humans have to say about me:
THE FIRST STEP: Go to www.barkbarkwag.org and click on "Let's Get Started!" to learn about our easy 3-step adoption process & apply to adopt! ANSWERS TO MOST QUESTIONS CAN BE FOUND HERE! We are all volunteers with limited time to respond to emails; if your question involves something NOT addressed at "Let's Get Started!", we will respond ASAP!
*WE NEED AN ADOPTION APPLICATION TO START THE PROCESS*
*Manning loves to run and play, and he's fast! Fenced yard required, and a moderately active family preferred.
*Manning would love to live with a doggie play buddy.
*Manning will 'bark announce' visitors or anyone approaching the home, so apartment/condo living would not be a fit for him.
*Manning is house-trained and crate-trained, but doesn't need to be crated.
*Manning requires a trip to the groomer every 6-8 weeks.
*NO cats
Manning is an adorable, leggy Poodle mix who weighs 19#. He's 3 years old and has the softest lamb-like coat! He's a sweet, good-natured guy who enjoys all the love, cuddles, and attention he shares with his foster family.
This gentle, happy soul shows us he's grateful every day! He thoroughly enjoys snuggling up, plays some fetch, loves to run like a gazelle, and is a delight to spend time with! He has a huge smile, and loves every person he meets! He would love to have a doggie pal to play with; but he barks at cats and will chase them (so no cats please)! Manning is house-trained, and also crate-trained; though he has been free-roaming while no one is home and is respectful and polite. He will 'bark-announce' when someone approaches the home or driveway, so apartment/condo life would not be a fit for Manning.
PLEASE NOTE: Manning will require a trip to the groomer every 6-8 weeks to keep his coat mat-free and his skin healthy!
Manning would do best in a home either with no children, or respectful children 10+ up. He's been fine with all kids, but would be happiest with a calm routine in a quieter household; where he can consume most of the love and attention. We are searching for a loving, patient forever family who will treasure and cherish Manning and his dear, lovable personality. Manning has been a wonderful, easygoing houseguest and will blossom even more once he knows he's HOME.
