Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rio is a very loving small 27 pound hound mix, medium energy, loves people and other dogs. Not sure about cats. According to border agents, Rio had been living on her own down on the TX/Mexico border in the Rio Grand Valley. A young woman started feeding her each day on her way to and from work. Rio actually hopped into her car one day and the rest is history. This woman got Rio vetted, learned that she was pregnant, and fostered her until Angels in Waiting Rescue could bring her up to New York. Rio's puppies are now ready for adoption and Rio is ready, too.
