I've been here at the shelter for a few months decompressing as I've been through quite a bit. I was surrendered to the shelter shortly after my mom bought home a new kitty, and I decided I didn't want to share my home with another cat! So here I am, searching for someone who's perfectly content having only one fancy feline in their home!
It's taken me a while to learn that these silly shelter people just wanted to be my friend. I'd scream at everybody who entered my room, even if they weren't bothering me. I've affectionately been given the nickname Screamer and have been told I'm a stubborn brat on more than one occasion, but the nice shelter people refused to give up one me! I've finally come to my senses and decided that I love them and want nothing more than to be held and snuggled like a big baby!
Don't get me wrong, I still have my days where I'd rather be left alone, and I will still scream at you to let you know.... (I can't help it, I told you I was a drama loving diva!). I'm definitely the type of kitty who needs someone with alot of time, patience, and love to give me! I know there's someone out there who will love me just the way I am, and I hope to find that special someone soon!
