Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We were asked to rehome Link by a Good Samaritan who tried to give him a home. He was a stray, picked up by the Sheriff. The Sheriff had hoped that his father would give Link a home, but Link is too young and energetic for him. The person we got him from tried to prevent him from going to animal control, but her senior male Lab did not want a young, energetic pup in his home so she asked us to find his forever home.
Link is such a sweet boy – he's just active and needs an active family to play with. He gets along great with other dogs and loves people. He looks like a Golden Retriever mix (possibly with Border Collie?) to us. He does have a tendency to want to dart out doors (which may be how he ended up being a stray) so he would need a home where he would be safely fenced in or always kept securely on a leash when going outside – at least until he knows and loves his new family and doesn't want to wander.
If you need a pup to play and run with who is past all of the young puppy phases, Link is your guy!
