My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet girl was born in the bushes outside a house to a feral cat mom. She, her mom and siblings were rescued so that the litter could have a fighting chance. All babies were underweight and had severe eye infections, and their foster family did an amazing job getting them to where they are today! Honey Crisp had a really tough start, being sickly and not very successful at nursing on momma, so she had to be bottle fed. She has fortunately pulled through, and her fosters found out Honey Crisp is a lovebug with a super loud purr! She is very people-oriented and will come out the second she hears the littlest of sounds. Honey Crisp loves playing and sleeping on the cat tower.

Cats are social creatures who crave companionship and develop meaningful relationships with other cats and animals. For this reason, our policy is that kittens (under 6 months of age) must be adopted in pairs for the sake of their mental health and emotional development. If you are interested in adopting a kitten and you own no other cats already, please take this requirement in consideration and plan for adopting two kittens (who will certainly become BFFs!).

We strive to keep our roster of animals that are available for adoption continuously updated. As such, if you see a cat or kitten you like on this site, it is most likely still up for adoption and ready to be taken to a loving home!

All adoptions are processed via our website (www.crystalcreekrescue.com). Please visit our site, click on "Get Involved" and "Adopt" in order to find the cat you are interested in, and fill out an application there. It will come directly to us, and we will be in touch!
