My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there I`m Bella! I was pretty wary of the humans and doggos when I first arrived at DAS, but I am getting more comfortable with everyone here! My previous owners say that I was not a huge fan of the other furry family members, but I haven`t had an issue with the other dogs at the shelter, even the loud ones. And boy are there some real loud mouths here! I have gotten along well with the other dogs at DAS when it`s play time in our daily playgroups, but I prefer to sunbathe by myself. I mean, I just have to work on my tan! The volunteers say I am a good girl on a leash! Once I get to know you better, we can go on daily walks to soak up some vitamin D. Doesn`t that sound like a dream? Can you tell I love sunshine? I hope you do too, I can be the sunshine in your life!

Come visit us and meet our wonderful adoptable pets! All adoptions are first come, first serve. All pets in the shelter must be adopted in person at 1818 North Westmoreland Road.

You must be 18 years-old to adopt a pet.
