Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Diesel is a purebred Rottweiler. He's good with people and other dogs, but cats are unknown. He will steal your heart even if you're not a fan of Rottweilers. He is a silly, happy, gentle boy who is friendly, spunky, and very sweet. Diesel is 13 months old and drop-dead gorgeous. Any Rottie enthusiast would be proud to call him their own!
Diesel is a gorgeous and big boy, just a pup at only 13 months! He's clearly a purebred Rottie who has good breeding behind him, but I have no idea where he originally came from. His tail is docked and he is such a hunk! His owner was sad to surrender him because his owner is in failing health and can't keep up with a big, adolescent dog, so he opted to surrender Diesel to us in the hopes that we can help this superstar on to a better life.
Diesel is a complete joy to be around. He is an incredible "fetcher" - seriously, he'll play forever, and he's quickly learned "drop it."
This is what the shelter in San Francisco had to say about him:
Diesel hasn't formally been evaluated, but we'll be doing that in the next few days. Anecdotally, he's been all wigglin' nub when he sees other dogs, does not guard food or other high-value resources, and loves all handling. He was well-loved and well socialized before coming to us because the kid's got confidence in spades. He is a slam dunk!
