Sally is a loving and affectionate 2 year old female black and tan shepherd/saluki mix. Sally is a great dog and currently weighs about 52 pounds. When we originally rescued Sally, she was found running along the New Jersey Turnpike in Jersey City, where she earned her nickname Turnpike Sally. Although she was abandoned and on the thin side, her disposition is amazing. Sally was adopted into a wonderful and loving home, however they have moved and economically could not afford a place for her to join them.
Sally is a very active dog, that loves to run, hike in the mountains, and play on the beach. She's a happy little girl that loves people, other dogs and loves to play. Sally is staying at a doggie daycare, where the staff adores her and actually utilizes her to temperment test new dogs coming into the facility. Sally does need some work training her to walk better on the leash as she gets very excited and pulls when she passes other dogs.
She is current on all her vaccines, including distemper, rabies and bordatella. Sally has also been microchipped and is spayed. Sally is housebroken.
