Quinn spent a few months in the Tri-Cities shelter, where they found him wandering the streets of Kennewick. Originally scheduled to be euthanized, the day he was going to be put down - he was given another chance instead. We couldn't stand to see this adorable little dog be put down due to over population. He has great potential! He is up to date on all shots. (Scheduled for an update on Rabies shot and to be fixed on the 17th of December.) Quinn needs some TLC and lots of socialization, but he can be a great dog to some loving lady.
