My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet this charming fella COLT! He came into the shelter May 18, 2021 as a stray & no one come to reclaimed him so he’s patiently awaiting his “new person or family”! He came in a little shy but is coming out of that shy shell more and more and will so much more once in a loving home where he has time to settle in and feel secure and loved. Colt is 2 years old, current on shots, and ready for his “gotcha day”!. Maybe you have the perfect loving FOREVER home for handsome COLT?! Stop by for a visit with him today and adopt Colt into your heart and home!
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that we cannot keep Adopt A Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, beds, litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too... and maybe snuggle & love on us while you're here. It would make the cats time here more enjoyable to get love and attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery (some vets will honor the voucher 100%) ...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
