Meet this sweetie named Merida! She came into the shelter as a stray May 3, 2021 & was never reclaimed so she’s now awaiting her adoption day. She is a young adult cat around 1 year 6 months old, current on shots, will be so happy to be in a loving home where she feels secure and loved. She’s pretty friendly, and curious of her shelter surrounding and will purr when you love on her. Seems like a sweet girl who just needs someone or a family to give her a chance. Might you be there most perfect person for sweet Merida girl?! Visit with her today & adopt her into your heart and home!
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that we cannot keep Adopt a Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, beds,litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too... and maybe snuggle & love on us while you're here. It would make the cats time here more enjoyable to get love and attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery (some vets will honor the voucher 100%) ...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
