Hi, my name is Iris and I love to play! I am very energetic and enjoy discovering new places. I am a parkour kitty and love to jump between objects to get the best view in the room. I love to wrestle and chase anything that moves. This includes dog tails, so if you have a dog make sure they don’t mind playing with cats - or cats playing with them! I also love strings and feathers and enjoy playing with others. I am pretty fast and love running around and pouncing, especially on typing hands! Once I am tired out after a day full of fun, I turn into a cuddle bunny and will nap right in your lap. I love to smell people and give kisses with my nose. Make sure you return the favor with ear rubs - those are the best! I am excited to find my furever home. Are you ready for a fun girl like me?

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
