Roxy is a sweet black heeler mix. She was an owner surrender. The landlord where this owner lived kicked Roxy out. I don't know details but Roxy is a sweet girl. I can't imagine why she had to come to the shelter. She has energy but she's a DOG!! This girl definitely would make a great pet!!! Come check her out at the shelter!!
