Aurora is a 2 year old female who came into the shelter on 5/17 as a stray.

Beautiful lady here! Aurora is so profoundly gorgeous with her smile and soft fur. She absolutely shines even in the shelter environment. Aurora was easy to leash and excited to get outside. All she really wanted was to be close. We offered her treats, not interested. We offered her toys, she said no thank you she said. Aurora just wanted to cuddle. She adored being stroked and reminded of how wonderful she is. Just because gorgeous dogs like her end up at the shelter doesn’t mean there is something wrong with them. They are perfect canine beings just like any other dog you’d encounter. It means a human failed them in some way. Aurora and all the other dogs at CACC are looking for a second chance to be done right by humans.
