My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a two-year-old male who unfortunately could not join his owner during a move, so he is with us and seeking his next great adventure. Can you imagine the stress an animal suffers when he is removed from his home and brought to a place full of strange sounds and smells? We do our best to relieve some of that stress and Max is doing his best to cope. He is very young at heart and although he lived in a quiet environment, we think he probably didn’t get enough playtime and exercise, which can be frustrating to a young cat who wants to play! His former owner told us he loves to play hide and seek with people, hiding and jumping out at you. He likes to chase things. Max needs a home where he can “spread his wings” and be the cat we think he is down inside – fun-loving and just a wee bit mischievous. Max can join a home with adults or older teens, and will thrive in a home where he can shine as an only pet and get all of your attention.
