Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Tennessee and I am ready for my forever home!
When I first arrived to my foster home, I was pretty timid and easily frightened. But over time, I warmed up to my foster family and became more comfortable with them. However, I am still weary of new people so please be patient with me. I’m such a sweetheart and once I feel safe, I’ll shower you with affection and kisses.
I’m still working on walking on a leash but I’m pretty much potty trained. I do well with listening to commands. I’m not the biggest fan of being in my crate but that is also a work in progress.
I enjoy playing with chew toys and running around the backyard. And I love going to the dog park and exploring. I’m a little nervous around new dogs at first but I will eventually start playing with other pups and I’ll even let them chase me.
Are you the perfect family for me?
