Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kup (pronounced Coop) is a 7 year old, purebred Black Labrador looking for his forever home! His ideal home when be with children over 16 years old and no other pets. Kup LOVES to go swimming, go on hikes and thinks "ball is life!" He is having some arthritis in his front leg and so long hikes or runs will not be on this guy's list of activities.
Kup has a very wide "bubble" and needs all people that he interacts with to respect his space. He will also resource guard his food, toys and bed. KARE will give training support for his new owner. He will need an experienced dog owner that is willing to dedicated time to positive reinforced training.
Kup is completely house trained and crate trained (at night). He also knows commands such as "come", "down", "drop it", "shake" and "off." He is good off leash -once trusted. He is very treat motivated and loves to learn!
KARE reserves the right to adopt to residents of Western Washington, only.
