My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marvelous, & Fabulous were bought to foster care on May 22, 2021. Sadly, their caregivers had to move to another state.

Fabulous had the most difficulty adjusting. He did lots of meowing the first 2 nights. Now, two weeks later, 6–7-21, he is totally at home. Last evening he was playing with the 3 tier circle toy. He has begun playing with Spice; the run and chase kind of play.

Marvelous is just an all around sweet boy who loves being with people and getting attention. He also gives Fabulous the cat companionship he needs.

Fabulous was taken from the street sometime ago and considered to be very shy. He’s not at all shy now. He’s just a regular, handsome, active people cat.

They both love for me to dangle a rope for them to attack.

If you have a home and a heart big enough to love and care for both cats, they’ll be grateful to you forever. If you can only provide for one of them, that would also be appreciated.

PLEASE READ BELOW, then give me a call. (Kay: 313-891-2591)

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. We DO NOT have an online application.

2. We talk with interested parties VIA PHONE. I’m home most of the time. Call between 9 am and 8 pm.

3. If this sounds like a possible match, we arrange for the cat to be met which is USUALLY at Greenwood Pets and Plants,

13983 E. 9 mi (3 blocks east of Schoenherr) by appointment

4. When a person meets a cat at Greenwood and wants to adopt him/her, a paper application is filled out, then the contract is studied,

if found agreeable, the applicant signs, makes an adoption donation, takes the cat home. (adopter provides a cat carrier)

5. DIRECTIONS are given for introducing the cat to his/her new home.

6. In about 8 to 14 days a call is made to hear about the steps that were taken to introduce the cat to his/her new home

and find out how the cat has adjusted.

The adopter is asked to send pics of their adopted cat.
