My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ahoy! My name is Moby. I'm an Alaskan Husky/Terrier mix, 2 years old, 41 lbs, & I have an all white coloring.

Named after a whale, I am, but it's pretty appropriate to be fair. I'm the loud one of our group of 4 (My siblings Ducky, Gecko, & Panda) & you can hear me from a mile away! I'm the Queen of our little family here, no question. I'm the boss around these parts, & all my siblings know it. Ducky is sort of like my mini-me in a way. Always trying to be like her big sister! Nobody is quite like me, though. I'm sassy, classy lassie! I've always got something to say. To who? To You! To them! To everyone around! Doesn't matter who I'm talking to. I can talk to a dang wall for all I care. I've got a whole novel's worth of stories in me! Maybe someone will write a book about me someday. Wouldn't that be something? It'd be called something like "Moby Richard." (The whale already took the other name! Besides, they told me I wasn't allowed to say the other word in this interview!).

I'm definitely a more dominant dog. I'm always trying to assert my spot at the top, but I do respect when others try to set boundaries. I can work with you, ya know? That's why Ducky is kinda my right-paw girl. Although, Gecko is a bit of a pushover, so I just make sure she's ready to deal with the real world, ya know? Usually in the form of humping her head, but they don't let me do that around here anymore! Oh well, she still knows I'm the boss. I could go on forever about where we came from, but the gist of it is that we were all junkyard dogs for most of our lives, then our owner died unfortunately, so we ended up coming here! All my siblings have been adopted now, so it's just me left! I'm a pretty well behaved girl, but my main issue is that I have some pretty bad separation anxiety. I'll have panic attacks & break out of wire crates & I start to freak out if I'm left alone too long. I'm sort of like, reaaally clingy! So I'll definitely need someone who's around a lot to keep me occupied. I get along well with kids for the most part, but I can definitely get very nervous when it comes to toddlers & things like that since they can get so rambunctious. I usually run & hide from them! Anyway, that's pretty much all I wanted to say about myself, so let's get goin' already, shall we?

I'm up to date on shots, spayed, chipped, & ready to go! If you're ready to turn the page into the next chapter of your life, then come on by & let me be your narrator!
