My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Our Alabamans are ready for adoption!  We have 7 beautiful puppies that were an accidental litter born on a farm in Alabama! The family took excellent care of them and loved them so much that they wanted to surrender them to a rescue so they knew they would get great homes!  They are 3 months old.  Mom was a Border Collie/ Aussie mix and dad was a very large brindle American Bulldog!  What a combo!  All we know is that they made gorgeous puppies!

All 7 puppies are social and extremely intelligent. They love people and other dogs.  They are doing excellent on house training.  We are sure once they are separated and getting that one on one attention they will get it down in no time.  They are all very loyal, eager to please and extremely food motivated! They pick up on things so fast and are so much fun! They listen very well for such young dogs and have such joyful personalities.  Their tails are always wagging!

This is Cullman (Cully for short)!  I promise he is not as sad as he looks in his pictures but he does look pretty pitiful I admit.  Lol Cully is a little different then the others from his coloring to his coat.  His fur is longer and he is our only brindle boy.  He is a fun pup with other dogs, very loving and very submissive.  He loves people but is shy at first.  Sometimes he will submissive pee if he is nervous or when he meets someone new.  We hope as he gets older and more confident he will likely grow out of that.  He is usually not the first one in his foster moms lap but he definitely stays the longest.  He just loves to be loved!  Since he is so shy Cully will benefit from a family that will be dedicated to keeping him socialized with other people and animals.  Formal training will help with confidence and building the bond between you.  Compared to the others he is  one of the quieter ones but he will give a good howl if he is unhappy or has to go to the bathroom overnight. Cully is a sweet boy and a foster favorite due to his good nature and eagerness to please.

We do expect these puppies to be large breed dogs.  They are working dogs - and we do ask that you do your research on all 3 breeds before you apply.  They need space to grow (no apartments), room to run (a yard) and frequent socialization.  They require active families who have the time and ability to train them to be great adults. They are not couch potatoes and do not want to sit home alone all the time.  If bored and not kept busy both mentally and physically they can become very destructive.  If you think these puppies are a match for you please apply!

The puppies are all spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and flea/worm treated.  The adoption fee is $400
