My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dozer the most handsome Dobie gentleman looking for his furever home to spend the rest of his
life. He is 12 years young and has a lot of pep in his step. Dozer was very well taken care of and has had a comprehensive exam every year since he was 3. He is extremely healthy.

Dozer came to rescue through no fault of his own. He does well with children 10 years and older. He is a very, sensitive gentle boy who loves to get attention and love. Dozer is one of those Dobies who wears his heart on his sleeve.

He does have a high prey drive and needs a fenced in yard. So, no cats! Dozer lived with two female
Dobies who have passed away. Its possible Dozer could live with another female, but patient and slow
introductions would have to be made.

Dozer has gone through all his obedience training but will need patience to refresh his memory.  He has not been walked for some time but knows “watch and heel”. He also knows his basic commands sit, down, paw and wait.

Dozer loves to give love as well as get it. He’s as gentle as they come. And loves to snuggle with his
people.  Dozer also rides well in the car and really enjoys car rides. He is neutered, micro chipped, and up to date on all vaccines. Please contact and apply to:
