Update from my foster 4/23: Samba is one special girl! She honestly has one of the best temperaments of any dog. She has seen multiple foster puppies come into the home and she quickly bonds and becomes friends with each and every one. She's also great with the adult dogs in the home and knows which ones to play with and which ones don't love playing with her so much. Samba is super smart and is already learning how to "sit" and picking up on potty training quickly. Everyone who meets Samba absolutely loves her, and it's easy to see why!

Samba and her siblings wandered onto a property in South Carolina at only 9 weeks old. Rural shelters are no place for young, vulnerable puppies, so we immediately committed to bringing them to safety to find their forever homes!

As of 3/26, Samba is 9 weeks old. At best guess, she is some kind of pit bull terrier mix. We do not know who her mom or dad are so we have no idea what she may be mixed with or how big she may be full-grown. We do know that she is a happy little puppy who can't wait to learn and show her future family how smart she is! She is looking for an adopter with the time, patience, and resources to train her into the best girl she can be. Samba is good with dogs, people, and kids and due to her young age would most likely do fine with cats following a proper introduction.
