Dallas was surrendered to a open kill shelter in Southeastern KY. His owner said he was full border collie. We don’t guarantee breeds. He is super sweet and very social. Border Collies are ranked the number 1 smartest dog breeds. Dallas would make a great family dog. He would need an active family that can give him a lot of attention. His adoption fee includes: neuter, two sets of puppy shots, wormed, rabies, microchip and flea/tick prevention. Is Dallas the kid you have been looking for to make your family complete?
