Calpurnia is an adorable, handleable, gentle and sweet four-month-old, female fluffy cream Syrian teddy bear hamster looking for a loving guardian.

Calpurnia was hand-raised from a litter of 15 baby hamsters.

This adorable hamster loves to stuff her cheeks with her food and treats, and she build mounds with her soft paper bedding.

She enjoys running on her wheel and she’s fun to watch play, explore and feed treats. She’s easy to pick up and handle.

Calpurnia’s adoption fee of $30 benefits rescued pets and includes her carrying case.

If you need a complete set-up for your new hamster including a 20-gallon glass aquarium with metal screen lid, food, litter, treats, toys, water bottle, hidey hut, and exercise wheel, the whole set-up is available for $75.

Calpurnia is being fostered in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
